These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Taskly (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and within your workspace.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to breach security, access data that isn't yours, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or attempt to exceed usage limits (including AI request limits).
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your workspace members, including processing necessary to provide AI features you invoke.
4. AI features
The AI assistant ("Otto") generates suggestions and proposed changes that you review and approve. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before applying. The Service is not a substitute for professional judgment.
5. Service availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during this early stage.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.
